Brandt Engineered Products Limited offers a customizable Weld Table to match your needs. Our Weld Table will feed pipe in at a rate to match your needs and will provide a stable, and steady environment to ensure each weld is performed accurately over a wide range of pipe diameters.

Features may include:

• Brandt's Weld Tables uses a combination of steady rests and pinch roll assemblies to create a system that can quickly move pipe in and out of a weld station while still providing a stable platform that allows for an accurate weld over a wide range of pipe diameters.

• The Steady Rests use urethane covered turning rolls and containment rolls to provide a secure environment during welding. The Steady Rests are designed to accommodate the range of pipe specified by the customer. The Steady Rests will sit on top of Engineered Isolation pads to increase the stability of the weld table. The isolation pads will be sized accordingly by information from the customer.

• The Pinch Roll Assembly that is provided uses two urethane V-Rolls. The V-Rolls move the pipe into position for the weld using a shaft mounted gear motor and position encoders to ensure accurate pipe movement.
